With over 50 years of teaching experience and more than 5,000 classes delivered, Stanford Leroy Martin Sr. brings unmatched expertise and a lifelong commitment to safe, effective firearms instruction. He served on staff at the Regional Police Training Center of Barbados and is an NRA-certified instructor in Basic Pistol, First Step & Personal Protection Inside the Home, CCW, and Home Firearm Safety. He is also Stop the Bleed trained and has personally mentored and helped develop 20+ instructors.
Known for patient, detail-focused coaching and a safety-first approach, he prepares students of all levels to handle firearms responsibly and confidently.
Stanford Martin Jr. has been immersed in firearms training since the age of 8, learning directly under the guidance of his father, Stanford Leroy Martin Sr. He is an NRA-certified instructor in Basic Pistol, First Step & Personal Protection Inside the Home, and impressively earned his Personal Protection certification at just 18 years old—younger than the official qualifying age of 21. He is also Stop the Bleed trained, combining life-saving skills with firearm safety knowledge.
With years of mentorship from Sr. and hands-on experience, Stan Jr. offers a modern, relatable approach to training while carrying forward his family’s legacy of professionalism, discipline, and safety.
